A family that shares together stays together.
The Recent Jersey Quadruplet Brothers opened Jersey Mike’s sandwich shop last week after joining the corporate while they were all in highschool, in keeping with NJBiz.com.
The boys from Ballard – 25-year-old Erich, Sam, Tom and Nick – are equal owners of Hainesport locations, in keeping with NJ.com. Eric is the oldest “by one minute,” he told the outlet.
Sam, Tom and Nick began working at the shop of their hometown of Middletown in 2012, and Erich followed suit two years later.
They’ve two more siblings who’re also involved within the sandwich business.
Brother Patrick now helps out at their store, and older sister Nichole first worked on the Middletown store in 2005.
“After we began, it was (pouring) drinks, taking out the rubbish, opening meats,” Sam told NJ.com. “We couldn’t cut the tomatoes because we weren’t sufficiently old to chop them. After we turned 18, Nichole taught us find out how to cut.”
As teenagers, Quads dreamed of opening a shop with themselves, and their vision became “serious” throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. They began working with the corporate’s office to open the Hainesport store, which was previously a frozen yogurt and Subway store.
In the primary five days, their store sold about 5,000 subscribers and 300 cheesesteaks.
“The volume exceeded our expectations,” said Erich.
Jersey Mike is headquartered in Manasquan, Recent Jersey, with 2,498 locations in every state except Alaska.
