He put the ring on it with difficulty.
A person had the creative idea to propose to his girlfriend during a break on Beyoncé’s “Renaissance” tour in London, however the execution was a bit painful.
Or, as one TikTok user put it, the apparent proposal is “stressful” to observe.
Within the clip posted by Harvey Kindlon – who’s passing by @harveykindlon on a platform – a circle forms across the unidentified couple as Bey sings her 2011 ballad “1+1“.
A person gets down on one knee and reaches out to his lonely woman.
She takes his hand while holding a stack of paper cups, which makes the moment a bit awkward.
“female dog, drop the cups,” Kindlon advises within the video.
As he says this, the person drops an engagement ring that wasn’t within the box on the bottom, and his future lady, in addition to other fans, help point him out to get the proposal back heading in the right direction.
But there may be yet one more hiccup: the person tries to place the ring on the girl’s right hand before a witness steps in, seemingly urging him: “left to left.”
The girl appears to be weeping, burying her head in her hands as her fiancé stands up, embraces her and raises his fist solemnly within the air.
TikTok has over 402,000 views and nearly 1,000 comments from people reacting to what the uploader called “essentially the most sloppy proposition.”
“It was so stressful to observe,” reads the highest comment.
“No, I feel awkward watching this?! I even have so many questions,” one other person wrote.
Another person admitted, “Every part about it breaks me.”
“I’m smiling and frowning at the identical time 🤣,” said one other who enjoyed the show as a part of the show.
Other users wondered if the proposal was even real — or if the couple even knew one another.
“Do they know one another? Why does it look… prefer it’s 2 strangers LOL,” someone asked.
“It should be a stunt because there isn’t any way,” said one other.
“My boyfriend looked insecure on a regular basis 😅😅,” another person laughed nervously.
One person claimed the couple should invite a crowd to their future wedding because “without all of them, the proposal would not have happened.”
“However the funniest story they ever tell their kids afterwards 😂😂😂,” one other person added.
