This one is positioned in RXR’s Leviathan Starrett-Lehigh Building, where Adidas will launch the 15,000 square foot 601 Athletic Club. The ability combines 100,000 square feet of tenants and public facilities in the building, including Marcus Samuelson’s Hav + Mar restaurant, the new Olly Olly Food Hall, and a public arts and event space that hosted Basquiat’s recent exhibition.
The 601 Athletic Club offers state-of-the-art Peloton equipment and offers exclusive programs similar to yoga and Pilates classes, a walking club, and “no-cook” cooking classes.

At 2.3 million square feet, Starrett-Lehigh makes this 1931 landmark one in every of the largest business buildings in the city. A masterpiece of industrial-modern style between eleventh and twelfth avenues, it boasts such office tenants as Ralph Lauren, McGarry Bowen, Fashionphile and Wheels Up. It is 73% leased, new deals are pending. Since RXR took over in 2011, asking rents have increased from $30 to $70 per square foot.
