Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg gave a Japanese McDonald’s a rave review, suggesting the fast food spot be awarded a Michelin star during a business trip that featured a clumsy sword-making class.
The massive tech bigwig dined on the Golden Arches together with his wife and shared his praise in a Tuesday Instagram post.
“Japanese McDonald’s: 10/10. Give these guys a Michelin star,” Zuckerberg said in reference to one in every of the very best accolades bestowed upon restaurants.
The 39-year-old sported Meta glasses and a shearling brown jacket in a single photo while he and his wife Priscilla Chan chowed down on fries, McNuggets, burgers and edamame and corn.
McDonald’s in Japan offers different menu items than their American counterparts, like a teriyaki McBurger and sweet chili ebi filet-o.
Earlier within the week, Zuckerberg took part in a clumsy sword-making lesson with sword master Akihira Kokaji.
Video posted on Instagram by Zuckerberg showed the billionaire struggling to smash hot steel on an anvil with a hammer after which later practice using his latest weapon.
Zuckerberg is in Asia for various business meetings, including Japan, South Korea and India, in line with media reports.
He landed in Seoul late Tuesday where he was scheduled to fulfill with President Yoon Suk Yeol and other top tech execs within the country.
A part of his Asian tour includes discussions on artificial intelligence services, and following work, he’s traveling to western India to attend pre-wedding fun of billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s youngest son, Bloomberg reported.
The three-day celebration will start on March 1.
