The Jonas Brothers sang about “Burnin’ Up” (for you baby) in certainly one of their biggest hits of 2008.
Fifteen years later, the New Jersey-born siblings Joe, 33, Nick, 30, and Kevin, 35, are worse than ever.
The late icons kicked off a mini-residency on Broadway Tuesday night at the Marquis Theater because the trio prepare to release their sixth studio LP, simply titled “The Album”, on May 12.
So what’s the secret to their longevity?
“Writing things we would wish to do in 20 years,” Nick said to a mostly female – and loudly squealing – audience that has significantly lowered the median age on Broadway on the primary of 5 nights.

“We never thought we would get here. It was wishful considering,” Nick told the group. “But to look out and see a number of the same faces, to see that this music we wrote once I was 13… it still means something to you, it is a crazy feeling and that is why we do what we do. So tonight we will ride the roller coaster.
Each night, the JoBros will dedicate the primary act to certainly one of their albums, while the second act will feature a wide range of their hits. Tuesday night was dedicated to the group’s 2007 debut album, starting with hit “SOS”
“Even though it’s been a protracted time, … they appear to be at some point old once we play them,” Nick said. “They do not feel like they’re almost 20.”
“A few of these songs we have not played in 13 or 14 years, so if we screw up, I’m sorry,” added Joe with amusing before beginning to play. “Australia.”
Apparently this mini-mansion, which can feature 2008’s “A Little Bit Longer” on Wednesday, 2009’s “Lines, Vines, and Trying Times” on Wednesday, 2019’s “Happiness Begins” on Friday and the upcoming “The Album” in Saturday – is for “OG fans” as Joe described them.
“It’s just good to see the familiar faces… who are actually wearing the OG Jonas Brothers T-shirts that were there back within the day,” said Joe, who liked to get close enough to the fans to note that somebody’s sign was the wrong way up. “It’s something special and means loads to us.”
And while they’re all happily married now, the JoBros plan to stay together for years to return.
“I believe if I can have more of the identical, I will be pleased at the top of the day,” Joe told The Post in November concerning the group’s future. “I feel good now. I’ve really been blessed.”
Indubitably, the Jonas Brothers felt truly blessed before kicking off the ultimate song of the night, their 2019 No. 1 hit “Sucker”.
“It’s certainly one of the best things we have ever done,” said Joe.
