Cooking suggestions
- Mushroom cream or Chicken cream Mushroom soup can replace Chicken cream.
- A microwave is sweet for softening cream cheese.
- Heat the casserole within the microwave if it has cooled down before serving.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles (4 1/2 cups dry)
- 3 ounces of reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) Low Sodium Chicken Condensed Cream
- 1 teaspoon of chicken broth
- 1 can (5 ounces) tuna in water, drained
- 1/8 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of prepared mustard
- 1/3 cup non-fat or 1% milk
Directions
- Cook the pasta in response to the instructions on the package and drain well.
- Soften the cheese and blend with the soup.
- Add the remainder of the ingredients except the pasta and blend well.
- Gently mix the cooked pasta and serve.
- Store leftovers within the refrigerator inside 2 hours.
