Essex Crossing, a thriving mixed-use development near the foot of the Williamsburg Bridge, offers apartments, offices, shops, restaurants, a cinema and a photography museum. There can even be a climbing wall soon.
VITAL, which has three locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, has signed a lease for 45,000 square feet at 182 Broome St.
It is going to move into the vacant space in spring 2024 and can offer climbing, bouldering, yoga, cycling and weightlifting classes.
Rohan Mehra, director of Essex Crossing partner Prusik Group, said: “The VITAL ethos aligns with our approach to developing Essex Crossing as the ultimate place to live, work and play.”
