Disturbing dash cam footage has captured the moment a woman appears to leap in front of a car south of Brisbane before the motive force hurries up, suspecting an “insurance fraud incident” – or worse.
Video published by Dash Cam Owners Australia Facebook pagewas taken in the early hours of Tuesday morning in Browns Plains, south of Brisbane.
A woman with dark hair, wearing jeans and a light-colored hoodie, suddenly runs from the left side of the road in front of a moving vehicle.
He seems to collect his strength and jumps towards the bonnet as the motive force brakes, knocking it to the bottom.
The driving force steps back because the man runs from the opposite side of the road to the woman’s side, shouting at the motive force to stop – however the person behind the wheel avoids the couple.
“Dash cam footage of alleged insurance fraud,” the web site said.

“I left because a group of them was hiding in the bushes. They called the police and reported the hit-and-run [and] start. The police got here and watched my dash cam with the front and rear camera.”
“No motion was taken since the girl did the very same thing. I ran out and stopped. Then she bumped into my car. That is a scam and an try and steal a car. It is vitally common in Europe and is becoming common here. Mine was on the Gold Coast.
