The airline’s 65 MAX-9s have been grounded since Saturday forcing the canceling about 20% of its day by day flights.
Boeing BA.N CEO Dave Calhoun told CNBC individually Wednesday he’s in talks with U.S. officials to make sure there is no such thing as a repeat of any cabin panel blowout on any 737 MAX 9 after an incident Friday.
