American AND JetBlue will stop selling seats on their flights after Thursday, two months after a federal judge ruled that a Northeast airline partnership violated antitrust laws.
A judge ordered the airline to end a greater than two-year partnership that allowed them to share passengers and revenue and coordinate flight schedules within the northeastern United States. The airlines argued that they needed to affix forces to raised compete with rivals Delta AND United in crowded airports serving Latest York and Boston.
The Department of Justice, six states and the District of Columbia filed suit to dam this partnership, winning the case on May 20.

Thursday can be the last day that customers can redeem American AAdvantage frequent flyer miles to book flights with JetBlue.
