The Australian reality TV star who was photographed with a plate of white powder last week has apologized to her followers on social media.
Cassidy McGill of Love Island Australia posted then quickly deleted the photo in query on her Instagram Stories last Wednesday night. It was then made widely available on the Web.
Within the photo, McGill – who appeared in the primary season of the favored dating show – might be seen sitting on the ground in blue jeans, with a white tile on her knee.
Two lines of white powder were clearly visible on the plate, next to a small bag containing more of the identical mysterious substance.
“Oops, see you tomorrow,” she captioned the photo before quickly deleting it.
Some have questioned whether McGill’s recent paid collaboration with Bondi Sands and Amazon Prime shall be affected. The influencer addressed these deals with the brand in her apology published on Tuesday.
“Last week I took time to reflect on my actions,” McGill wrote.
“I made a mistake that I don’t take flippantly. This behavior is just not my style and I’m really sorry to disappoint you. I apologize to my friends, family, my team and the brands I represent.
“I hope to regain your trust and respect over time. Thanks to those that responded. Dear Cass.
