Developer Two Trees has teamed up with pre-eminent luxury fitness brand Equinox to launch a 42,000 square-foot gym and health club at the former refinery on the Williamsburg waterfront, Realty Check has learned.
The Refinery is the centerpiece of developer Two Trees’ 11-acre complex with apartments, offices, stores and a well-liked park.
The Refinery has been converted to state-of-the-art offices inside a glass box throughout the 19th Century structure’s landmarked, brick-and-masonry shell.

Equinox is the first signed lease at the constructing.
The club is to open in the autumn of 2024.
