HBO and Warner Bros. Discovery, Max’s latest streaming service, under a latest name, has ordered a previously rumored Game of Thrones prequel, “A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight”
The series relies on George R.R. Martin’s “Dunk and Egg” books, In keeping with Diversity.
“Game of Thrones” premiered in 2011 on HBO and was an enormous success with fans.
The series relies on Martin’s 1996 fantasy book, which tells the story of multiple families vying for supremacy over the lands of Westeros.
Set a century before GoT, the prequel will chronicle a “young, naive but brave knight” named Ser Duncan the Tall and his “diminutive” henchman, Egg, based on Max’s official logo for the series.
The series is ready when House Targaryen still rules the Iron Throne and “the memory of the last dragon has not yet passed from living memory.”
Writer George RR Martin will function each author and executive producer, together with Ira Parker. Ryan Condal and Vince Gerardis as EP colleagues.
It would be written by Martin and Parker.
That is the second prequel to the A Song of Ice and Fire series.
