Megyn Kelly was infuriated by footage showing undocumented migrants beating up two of Recent York’s Finest — just for them to avoid justice.
Kelly on Friday reacted to video from last week showing a gaggle of around a dozen illegal immigrants beating up two cops in Times Square.
Six of those allegedly involved have been arrested. Five were released on bail.
Law enforcement sources told The Post that 4 of the accused fled on a bus certain for California.
“Go home! They arrive to America, they commit crimes, they beat up on cops. They get a free pass out of jail after which it’s the double bird to the remainder of America,” Kelly said during Friday’s episode of her SiriusXM program “The Megyn Kelly Show.”
Kelly reacted to at least one of the migrants flipping two birds at cameras after being released from custody on Wednesday.
She said the gesture was a way for the suspect, 22-year-old Jhoan Boada, to convey the message: “That is me taking advantage of your stupid-ass system!”
Kelly demanded that the migrants be deported: “They could be Venezuela’s problem. I don’t care. Get them out of here!”
Gov. Kathy Hochul on Thursday demanded as well that those caught on camera ganging up on the 2 officers be deported.
“Get them all and send them back,” Hochul told reporters during an unrelated press conference announcing the rollout of latest open-gangway subway cars.
“You don’t touch our cops. You don’t touch anyone,” she said.
Those arrested have been charged with second-degree assault on cops and obstructing government administration.
All were Venezuelans who arrived within the five boroughs sometime last yr, in response to law enforcement sources.
Police sources said a minimum of yet another suspect stays the topic of an NYPD manhunt.
