Kristen Bell, her husband Dax Sheppard and their two kids were tossed out of Boston’s Logan International Airport despite having nowhere to go when their flight was significantly delayed Wednesday.
The famous family had bought $600 value of pillows and sheets to create makeshift beds on the ground of the airport after their flight was delayed nine hours they usually could find no available hotels inside 50 miles, in line with the pair’s social media posts.
“Stranded on the Boston airport, 9 hours of delays,” Bell wrote on her Instagram story with a photograph of her family and friends who were also traveling with them sitting at a gate.
The “Good Place” star said they were passing the time by playing Uno and Spades before they decided to hunker down with blankets and neck pillows — planning to remain the night after they learned their flight’s departure was moved to the following day.
“We made quite a house here,” the actress captioned a photograph of herself standing within the airport with a toothbrush hanging out of her mouth.

Shepard posted an Instagram reel of the ordeal wherein he noted there have been “ZERO vacancies within the greater Boston area.”
Within the video, Bell joked that she must take her shoes off “after I’m in my bedroom” as she removed her sneakers and walked onto a sheet that they had laid out on the airport floor.
The camera then flips to Shepard, who’s lying on the ground with a neck pillow and blanket, because the pair totals the quantity of money they spent on pillows, blankets and sheets — roughly $600 between the 2.
“Might have been a very nice hotel, but they’re all taken,” Shepard said of their spent money.
“It’s $600 an evening to remain at Boston International Airport,” Bell replied, laughing.

But after getting themselves all cozy and able to sleep, the actress said they desired to stay but “were kicked out” with no place to go late at night.
All was resolved after they found a spot to stick with friends of friends, she said.
“Thankfully we found friends of friends who offered us their attics and accepted us at 1am!!!!!!” she captioned a pic of the beds within the attic on Instagram.
Many social media users commented on Shepard’s post saying they were surprised celebrities needed to cope with the identical travel headaches as on a regular basis people.
“I actually don’t mean this to be mean but I didn’t think these things happened to wealthy people,” one person commented with a laughing emoji.
“I like that you just guys are only normal f—king people,” one other wrote in a reply that got greater than 6,000 likes.
One commenter imagined what an unbelievable scene it will be in the event that they were one other traveler within the airport.
“I’m just picturing walking through the Boston airport and seeing Dax and KB and family SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR,” she wrote.
