The Duchess’ appearance on Tuesday marks her first major public appearance since she was absent from the coronation of King Charles III on May 6. She was spotted on a weekend hike with friends near her home in Montecito, California.
Her latest award comes weeks after she was announced as the winner Gracie Award for her podcast Archetypes.
Markle and Harry were also honored as recipients of the Ripple of Hope Awards hosted by the Robert F. Kennedy human rights organization in December 2022.
The award recognizes “exemplary leaders in government, business, advocacy and entertainment who have demonstrated unwavering commitment to social change and have worked to protect and advance equality, justice and human rights.”
