Madisonville police told Fox News Digital that on April 2, 2022, the altercation began with a verbal altercation between a group of eight Homietos and 4 individuals who either belonged to the Bandidos or an affiliated club in an East Predominant Street store.
Although there was no violence within the initial confrontation, a group of Homietos, on motorcycles and accompanied by a black automobile, crossed the road and shot on the Bandidos within the car parking zone, in response to police.
Multiple bystanders told investigators they hit the bottom looking for cover because the bullets bounced around them.
While there have been no serious injuries, not less than one shot hit the Bandidos motorcycle, and police found a bullet hole in a automobile parked greater than 400 meters away.

Deputies in neighboring Leon County arrested Oberholtzer and one other suspected member in a black automobile, Christopher Holt.
The state trooper individually attempted to apprehend Mahir Alihodizic, who allegedly drove about 80 miles before being captured in Navarro County.
Alihodizic belonged to a Kansas City club, authorities said, and was photographed wearing club patches after the chase.
Police recovered dozens of 9mm bullet casings from the scene and one other from the suspects’ automobile.
They said ballistics tests later showed a match between the guns in Oberholtzer’s automobile and the bullets on the scene.
The outcomes haven’t yet returned to the third firearm.
Texas police charged all three men with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and participating in organized crime.

Police said Oberholtzer was charged with the extra charge of directing the activities of a criminal street gang as chairman of the chapter.
They likened the additional number to a state-level racketeering fee.
During an investigation in Texas, Oberholtzer and suspect Homieto Tyler Myers were seen on surveillance video talking to a group of apparent Bandidos members near the patio entrance on the Whiskey Barrel around 11:00 p.m. Saturday, in response to an Oklahoma statement obtained by Fox News Digital.
Oberholtzer and Myers walked away, followed by seven men “wearing Bandidos or support insignia,” in response to court documents.
Certainly one of them lunged at Myers and hit him on the pinnacle from behind.
Based on the statement, Myers tried to stop the group with a bar chair and then allegedly drew a gun, causing “people to back up and many shoppers within the bar to panic.”

Police haven’t charged him with involvement within the violence, and he has not been charged with a crime as of Wednesday.
They arrested Myers on a charge of first-degree murder after he was released from the hospital. He’s being held without bail within the Oklahoma County Jail.
Along with a deadly clash in Oklahoma over the weekend, members were arrested in reference to a bar fight within the Florida Keys and a food market shooting in Corpus Christi, Texas, in response to court documents.
One other member was convicted in 2020 of federal firearms and methamphetamine distribution charges after selling drugs to undercover ATF agents, in response to court documents.
Madisonville police are still investigating the 2022 shooting and are asking anyone with information to return forward.
