Moore’s comments come after the “007” moniker was given to Lashana Lynch’s character at the tip of the most recent Bond installment No Time To Die, marking the tip of Daniel Craig’s tenure as the long-lasting spy.
“I feel the last Bond was a mess,” explained Moore. “That is her [Lashana’s character, Nomi] was 007 after which he said, ‘I actually have to present him to Bond. It’s his number. So I feel it’s extremely good – and I feel they tested the waters as well.”
