Two Australian travelers en route to Phuket have been filmed attacking passengers before patient airline staff eject them from an AirAsia plane.
The couple were aboard an early morning flight from Kuala Lumpur on Boxing Day when a concerned passenger began shooting.
The couple rise from their seats to the applause of the opposite passengers, who think they’re leaving peacefully but are only getting began.

“We’re not getting off – rattling it,” the person in black snaps growls.
His traveling companion in red calls.
“Fucking mongrels,” he says.
“I’ll see you there, right?”
“I’m going to Thailand – look”, the person in black shouts to the trapped audience.

The couple appear to single out a bunch of passengers at the back of the plane, hurling insults as AirAsia staff tries to remove them.
The person in black sits back down, probably hoping the staff will ignore it.
“I used to be here before everyone else,” he argues.
The person in red returns to collect his bags.
“You are dead whenever you get there,” he tells the passengers within the back.

The opposite man in black also listens to the staff’s advice as he exits with a farewell shot on the rear passengers.
The cabin bursts into applause because the last of the pair is removed.
The one that filmed the incident was frightened it will turn ugly, but thanked AirAsia staff for locating a peaceful solution.
“Finally, credit goes to all of the dedicated Air Asia staff from the safety staff…for his or her skilled actions,” he said.
“Things could go unsuitable should you acted recklessly in a situation like this.”
The video series went viral on social media.
Many agreed that the staff that day did a “terrific” job in handling the situation.
“Seriously, it’s tough to cope with this type of situation. Well done guys,” certainly one of them wrote.
“Greetings to the cabin crew, brother. His communication skills, the way in which he handles the situation… Outstanding!” said one other.

It isn’t known what sparked the confrontation.
AirAsia couldn’t comment on details, citing privacy concerns, but told news.com.au that unruly passengers may face restrictions.
“AirAsia has a zero policy on any form of unruly behavior and our staff are well trained to cope with this type of situation,” said Kesavan Sivanandam, airport director and customer support specialist.
“Travel restrictions could also be imposed on the discretion of the airline within the event of misconduct.”
