Almost a yr after Ray Liotta’s death, he continues to star in many recent films.
The Goodfellas actor, whose explanation for death at 67 was revealed by TMZ on Monday as “pulmonary edema and acute heart failure,” has a minimum of three films accomplished or in post-production. One can be released this Friday.
And before that, in 2023, Liotta made a posthumous appearance as a drug killer in The Cocaine Bear.

Liotta appears posthumously in “Idiot’s Paradise,” directed by Charlie Day, which hits theaters May 12. It is a Hollywood satire with an all-star solid including Jason Sudeikis, Adrien Brody, Kate Beckinsale, Common and Jason Bateman.
Liotta, known for being an on-screen firebrand, plays a movie producer.
On the April day of the show “It’s All the time Sunny in Philadelphia” told Willie Geist on “Today” that his “best regret” is that the late actor was unable to see the ultimate film.
“He puts on a performance that I feel – I won’t say Goodfellas, but good as Ray Liotta,” he said. “What he can do well relies on his standards.”

Director Ariel Vromen’s film in regards to the Rodney King riots in Los Angeles in 1992 was shot in Bulgaria and Los Angeles. Also starring are Scott Eastwood, Tyrese Gibson and Michael Beasley.
It was originally scheduled to be released in April 2022 to have a good time the thirtieth anniversary of the riots.
However the drama was filmed in early 2022 and in line with Movie Insider, has been accomplished. Wromen in August announced on Instagram that he had finished the movie; nonetheless, no “April 29, 1992” release date has been announced up to now.
At a preview screening in October, Vromen, who also directed Liotta in the 2012 film “Iceman,” echoed Day’s dismay that the actor had never seen the film.

But is “April 29, 1992” really Liotta’s last film? The project of the actor with probably the most unknown aspects is “Dangerous Waters”.
The “Field of Dreams” actor’s casting in the film was announced just 21 days before his death, and he died in his sleep while filming a thriller in the Dominican Republic directed by John Barr.
It is not clear how far the film’s production has gone – or whether Liotta’s role would have needed to be recast to finish it.
The actor was set to play the boyfriend of a lady with a destructive secret in the film, which also stars Eric Dane and Odeya Rush.
