The lady also alleged in her lawsuit that days later, Diddy visited the house where she was staying and “assaulted and choked” her until she passed out. The filing stated that he was allegedly on the lookout for the plaintiff’s friend because he feared she would tell the “girl he was with on the time,” NBC News reported.
Diddy’s spokesperson told E! News in an announcement in response, “The claims involving alleged misconduct against Mr. Combs from over 30 years ago and filed on the last minute are all completely denied and rejected by him. He recognizes this as a money grab. Due to Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he’s a simple goal for accusers who will falsify the reality, without conscience or consequence, for financial profit.”
He continued, “The Latest York Legislature surely didn’t intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited for improper purposes. The general public must be skeptical and not rush to just accept these unsubstantiated allegations.”
NBC News and other outlets reported that Hall couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.
