Cooking suggestions
Try whole wheat pasta to incorporate whole grains.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of pasta, uncooked
- 2 cans (5 ounces each) of tuna or salmon in water
- 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/4 cup of chopped carrots
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
Directions
- Cook the macaroni in accordance with the instructions on the package. Drain the cooking liquid and funky.
- Drain tuna or salmon.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill until able to serve.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator inside 2 hours.
