Southwest Airlines says it has grounded flights nationwide over “technical errors” as offended passengers dropped off the corporate for delays on Tuesday – a repeat of the catastrophic crash the carrier experienced over Christmas.
“We had to implement a ground stop consequently of intermittent issues and we hope we should always resume our operations as soon as possible,” a Southwest Airlines spokesperson tweeted on Tuesday in response to an offended customer who said they were “sitting on the plane and wait for the computers to come back.
“I apologize for any inconvenience this may increasingly cause, but we will likely be at your disposal do you have to need any assistance.”
“I used to be sitting on a plane again and I used to be delayed. What’s mistaken along with your leadership?? Is not it time for a change and a latest CEO,” one offended leaflet tweeted.
One other flyer wrote: “I’m sitting on the tarmac as @SouthwestAir has once more failed operations. A lot for getting to work this morning.

One other customer tweeted: “Any idea when we will get off Flight 1924 at SJC? The gate can’t be entered due to a pc system failure.”
