Consumer research company JD Power this month spent his North America Airline Satisfaction Survey 2023which measures the satisfaction of business and personal travelers by major airlines.
For the second yr in a row, the study found that passenger satisfaction has declined, mainly attributable to rising airfare costs. In response to JD Power, it fell by 22 points between 2021 and 2022 and by seven points between 2022 and this yr.
JD Power surveyed 7,774 passengers who traveled between from March 2022 to March 2023. Airlines were scored on a 1000-point scale and rated seven aspects:

Best in first and business class

JetBlue Airways was ranked the very best First/Business Class Customer Satisfaction for the second yr in a row with a rating of 893.
