With 1000’s of individuals going on vacation in the approaching months, one doctor decided to share some tips on how to fight jet lag.

Mroziński’s tips focus on sleeping methods and skin take care to combat this temporary stagnation experienced by traveling to different time zones.
Mrozinski’s superhero alter ego needs a sidekick, which he says is an eye fixed mask, and when paired with earplugs, allows him to go to sleep through the flight as they block out all light and noise from other passengers.
“Eye mask! My faithful helper! These sleep saviors ensure a peaceful nap on board. Plus they make me appear like a secret superhero,” Mroziński wrote to his 12,000+ followers.
“Earplugs: A must for all frequent flyers! Blocking those crying babies and snoring passengers helps me catch those precious Zzzs,” Mroziński added. “Besides, I can pretend to be in my very own quiet world of peace.”

Mrozinski said that following a strict sleep schedule helped him adjust to a special time zone, but when sleep eludes the doctor, a small dose of melatonin will help stimulate dreams. refreshed morning.”
