The market could also be as quiet as a mouse, but a mouse roared at the 127th Annual Latest York City Real Estate Council Awards Gala held at the Glasshouse event space on Thursday night.
Unlike last yr’s gala, when guests complained that the recent walk-in format resembled a routine cocktail party, the table seating – and the sometimes raucous soundtrack that included rap music – brought back the buzz.
Mayor Eric Adams joined over 1,000 real estate luminaries for the schmooze-fest, which featured a two-course dinner prepared by Gramercy Tavern chefs Michael Anthony and Daniel Boulud.
