- Withdrawing or disconnecting from projects you were once enthusiastic about
- Chronic fatigue
- Lack of focus
- Feeling of helplessness or hopelessness
- Depression

Sign #1: Constant mental or physical fatigue
Do you end up feeling exhausted, regardless of how much you slept the night before?
In that case, you could be entering an early burnout phase.
Since burnout often creeps in due to feeling like you will have little control over the standard of your work, consistent lack of recognition, demanding job expectations, and/or working in a high-pressure environment, this sense of fatigue can creep in over time… until you begin to feel a scarcity of motivation or focus.

- What boundaries do you set in your skilled life? How often do you permit yourself to quit your job?
- How many hours a day do you’re employed? Do you are feeling such as you’re overworking yourself?
- Do you give yourself time for “you”? In that case, what does it seem like?
- How much sleep and exercise do you spend per week? Have you ever neglected any of them?
