Two women celebrated Argentina’s World Cup victory in Qatar by going topless — and left without repercussions.
Argentina clinched a wild victory over France in Sunday’s World Cup final in Doha, winning on penalties after a 3-3 draw. The 2 women, who discover themselves on Instagram as Milubarbiie and Noe, celebrated the occasion by luxuriating topless in the stands.
While there have been some concerns that the 2 women faced detention for violating Qatar’s strict laws against women’s immodesty, each reported on social media that that they had managed to depart the country without incident.
In her Instagram stories, Noah posted an image of herself on the plane with the caption in Spanish, which loosely translates as a joke about hoping the plane will take off “before they arrive on the lookout for me.”
